Details of the Job/Internship
NoBroker.com is hiring an Assistant Manager - Legal with 4-5 years of relevant experience to join their office located on Sarjapur Main Road. The legal team is required to work from the office on all working days.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support across a wide range of business functions, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and risk assessment.
- Offer legal advice and opinions on various operational and strategic business matters.
- Oversee corporate governance, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage litigation, consumer disputes, and regulatory proceedings, coordinating with external counsel where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance across all business operations.
- Manage the company's IP portfolio.
Eligibility
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in both Law Firm and in-house roles is mandatory.
- Bachelor's and/or post-graduate law degree.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and MS Office tools.
- Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.
