Details of the Job/Internship

PALMONAS is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate leases, leave & license agreements, brokerage and vendor contracts.
Conduct property due diligence and liaise with external counsel for legal clearances.
Respond to legal notices and ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
Support due diligence for fundraising rounds and strategic projects.
Provide guidance on employment law matters, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Create and implement standard operating procedures for legal compliance.
Assist the Legal Head with cross-functional legal initiatives.

Eligibility

B.Com or LL.B from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, real estate, or contract management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
