Details of the Job/Internship
Prakash Asphaltings & Toll Highways (India) Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager (Legal) with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Mhow, Indore (M.P.).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise contracts and legal documents.
- Manage vendor agreements and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Prepare Service Agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, including NHAI and NHLML guidelines.
- Maintain documentation, tracking, and version control of contracts.
- Handle contract registration as per statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance and billing teams for execution of contractual terms.
- Provide legal and commercial guidance to internal stakeholders.
Eligibility
- UG: LL.B. with any graduation.
- PG (preferred): LL.M. or PGDM in Construction Management.
- 1–2 years of relevant legal experience (construction/infrastructure preferred).
- Freshers with strong drafting and communication skills may apply.
- Strong drafting and contract management skills.
- Good communication and understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate across teams.
