Pennar Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Legal to join their office in Hyderabad. This is a full-time hybrid role with some flexibility for remote work and involves overseeing day-to-day legal functions, including preparation and review of legal documents, legal consulting, compliance management, and handling legal affairs in coordination with internal teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day legal functions of the organisation.
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Provide legal consulting and support to organisational operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle legal affairs and collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth legal operations and adherence to company policies.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in law and legal compliance.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal affairs.
- Experience in providing legal consulting to support organisational operations.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification required.
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or certifications in corporate law are an advantage.
