Details of the Job/Internship

PropertyPistol is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal to join its team at Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving handling legal matters, preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing ongoing litigation, and working closely with internal departments to safeguard the company’s operations and interests.

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing and drafting legal documents, notices, and replies to notices.
• Reviewing, drafting, and advising on contracts and legal compliance matters.
• Managing litigation and reporting legal matters to management.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Handling legal affairs and providing guidance on legal issues.
• Working closely with various departments to protect the company’s legal and business interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (BA LL.B / LL.B / LL.M).
• 1–3 years post-qualification experience in a corporate legal team or law firm based out of Mumbai.
• Prior experience in contract review, drafting, advisory, legal compliance, and handling legal issues.
• Good knowledge of real estate laws and civil laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
