Details of the Job/Internship
PROPERTYPISTOL.com is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with experience of 1–3 years to join its office in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing and supporting litigation matters, including appearances before the MSME Tribunal, RERA Tribunal, Labour Court, and City Civil Court, while working closely with internal stakeholders to protect and support the company’s business interests.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day litigation and legal recovery matters.
- Drafting legal documents, notices, and replies.
- Handling legal compliance, labour disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Managing litigation and coordinating with external counsels.
- Advising internal teams on legal risks and issues.
- Preparing legal reports and updates for management.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal team or law firm.
- Strong experience in legal research, drafting, advisory, and compliance.
- Good knowledge of real estate laws and/or civil laws.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Qualification: BA LL.B, LL.B, or LL.M.
