Details of the Job/Internship
Securitas is hiring for the position of assistant manager legal to join them in their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- End to end contract management.
- Standardizing, drafting, vetting, reviewing negotiating and management of various types of agreements including Global Master Service Agreement, Data Protection agreement, Local Service Agreement, SLA,s SOP,s, Work Orders, RFPs, Tenders, Procurement and Vendor agreements, NDAs, Order Forms, SAAS Agreement.
- Drafting, updating, and improving templates of various standard agreements.
- Should be able to flag concerns in contract and suggest accommodating clauses considering business and customers perspective.
- Responding to customer changes and redlining of agreement drafts in coordination and discussion with internal concerned stakeholders i.e. finance, sales, business, operations etc.
- Independently handling negotiation with customers on calls with business/sales team.
- Maintaining excellent relation with internal stakeholders to ensure their concerns are met.
- Provide legal support to business on various business initiatives and projects.
- Maintain Contract Management Report on our in house contract tool.
- Position would work closely with business teams.
Eligibility
- Experience in contracts drafting, negotiation, tender reviews preferably from MNC in IT/ ecommerce industry.
- Qualified LLB.
- Good Drafting skills, having hands on experience on contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to provide solutions to internal stakeholders on various contentious clauses in the agreements.
- Capacity to handle complexity and manage priorities within agreed timelines.
- Strong professional ethics and Team Player.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills – Capacity to handle stakeholders at all levels of organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi - tasking.
Salary/Stipend
