Tata CLiQ Fashion is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience to join their legal team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and MSAs.
- Provide legal advice on corporate and contractual matters.
- Manage contract lifecycle and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely renewals, amendments, and compliance.
- Maintain Contract Management Tool and contract trackers.
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance (e.g., e-commerce, data privacy).
- Monitor regulatory updates and consult with the legal team.
- Support internal teams on contract and compliance issues.
- Ensure high-volume contract review within strict timelines.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Prior experience in the E-commerce, ITES, or Retail sectors is preferred.
