Details of the Job/Internship

Torrent Power is hiring a Legal Associate – Corporate & M&A to support legal due diligence, compliance, and corporate advisory functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence and negotiate documentation in M&A transactions.
• Assist in maintaining and implementing legal compliance systems.
• Provide legal support to business functions on corporate laws, electricity laws, competition laws, IBC, and labour laws.
• Assist in legal processes including court matters and arbitration.
• Draft and review legal documentation related to bank loans, NCDs, and financing contracts.

Eligibility

LL.B. / LL.M. qualification.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
