Vianaar Homes is hiring a Legal Officer / Legal Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join their legal department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal documentation, title scrutiny, land registration, RERA compliance, and litigation matters.
- Coordinate registration works at the Sub-Registrar’s office.
- Address legal queries raised by customers, advocates, and bankers.
- Draft various property-related documents such as Joint Development Agreements, Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Construction Agreements, MoUs, and Procurement Agreements.
- Communicate with authorities and stakeholders through formal legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research, maintain case files, and prepare reports for the HOD (Legal).
- Manage a team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Appear before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities as required.
Eligibility
- Full-time LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 5–8 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Sound knowledge of the Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act, Goa Land Revenue Act, and Goa Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
- Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication and drafting skills.
- In-depth understanding of contract vetting, registration procedures, and real estate litigation.
- Familiarity with title verification, revenue documentation, and court procedures.
