Details of the Job/Internship
Virohan is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks through frameworks and audits.
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and funding transactions.
- Handle legal processes relating to incorporation, investments, and business structuring.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align legal advice with organisational goals.
- Facilitate communication between the legal team and other departments.
- Manage day-to-day legal operations, including coordination and documentation.
- Support continuous learning and professional development within the legal function.
Eligibility
- Experience in corporate law, legal compliance, and regulatory risk.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on working approach.
- Prior experience in similar legal roles is preferred.
