Details of the Job/Internship

Zen Technologies Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with experience of 5–8 years to join their office in Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyze complex contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, and client contracts.
• Identify legal risks, deviations, and non-compliant clauses, providing recommendations for correction.
• Maintain consistency in contract templates and ensure all language meets organizational standards.
• Manage organized contract repositories and documentation systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Conduct thorough compliance checks and monitor contractual obligations and milestones.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to coordinate approvals and timely execution.
• Support negotiation discussions and handle contract amendments, renewals, and extensions.
• Continuously improve contract management processes to support strategic business growth.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of experience in contract management, legal drafting, or similar professional roles.
• Strong expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts within structured corporate environments.
• Deep familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to identifying legal issues and driving their resolution.
