Godrej Industries Group is hiring an Assistant Manager Legal – IPR with 5-6 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design portfolios
• File IP applications, handle oppositions, and attend hearings
• Manage IP prosecution and renewal across jurisdictions
• Tackle counterfeit issues and domain name concerns
• Draft and negotiate IP and commercial contracts
• Advise on branding, packaging, and consumer protection laws
• Maintain IP databases and track related expenses
•  

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• 5–6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property and consumer protection laws.
• Strong contract drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
