Details of the Job/Internship
SBI Card is hiring an Assistant Manager – Litigation to join their office in Chennai to assist the litigation management team in coordinating with advocates and departments to ensure effective litigation handling and maximize recovery.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain litigation tracker with complete records.
- Coordinate with advocates and departments for litigation updates.
- Allocate cases to advocates and review updates.
- Update LMT Portal with litigation details.
- Communicate hearing dates and follow up with advocates post-hearing.
- Publish weekly MIS and relevant reports.
- Prepare presentations and data for meetings.
- Record and maintain minutes of Legal Settlement Committee meetings.
- Maintain billing tracker of advocates and update the portal.
- Draft replies to RTI notices and legal correspondences.
- Assist in replying to Section 91 CrPC notices.
- Segregate legal correspondences and allocate to concerned departments.
- Allocate Section 91 and legal notices to concerned FPRs.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Ability to handle and manage MIS reporting.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
