CredAble is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager - Legal with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on:
- Financial products and loan structures
- Debt and debenture issuance
- Securitization transactions (including PTCs and direct assignments)
- Recovery and enforcement strategies
- General corporate and business operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate:
- Financing documents: Facility agreements, loan agreements, escrow arrangements, debenture documents, settlement deeds
- Security documents: Hypothecation deeds, personal/corporate guarantees, and related instruments
- Securitization documents: Assignment agreements, trust deeds, servicing agreements, account agreements, and powers of attorney
- Trade finance agreements: Commodity sale/purchase agreements, warehousing agreements, factoring agreements, receivables purchase agreements
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed institution.
- Prior experience with NBFCs, ARCs, or banking & finance practice at a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of RBI, SEBI, and other financial regulations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced fintech environment.
