It undertakes advanced research to enhance persistence and autonomy in unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms.
Details of the Job/Internship
NewSpace Research and Technologies (NRT) is hiring a Paralegal with experience of 5–8 years to support its Legal and Compliance team in Bengaluru and Delhi NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents including NDAs, MoUs, contracts, and vendor or customer agreements.
- Conduct legal research on aerospace, defence, labour, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Maintain organised legal records, contracts, and case files.
- Assist in compliance with government regulations, export control laws, and defence sector policies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.
- Track contract lifecycles, deadlines, and renewals.
- Prepare briefs, summaries, and legal correspondence for internal stakeholders.
- Support internal policy drafting and implementation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- LLB preferred; diploma in paralegal studies acceptable.
- 5–8 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Associate, or within a corporate legal team.
- Strong understanding of contract management and corporate legal processes.
- Familiarity with defence or aerospace regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent drafting, research, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
