Details of the Job/Internship
Adani Total Gas is hiring an Assistant Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to business units on various issues including contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements, including contracts, leases, and vendor agreements.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and litigation matters, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the Oil & Gas industry, and advise the organization accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decision-making and strategy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Participate in contract negotiations and guide internal stakeholders on legal implications and potential risks.
- Support the legal team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- A Master's in Law (LLM) will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal role within the Oil & Gas industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of handling legal matters, contracts, and compliance issues.
- Experience in managing legal documentation and providing legal advice to senior management.
