Details of the Job/Internship

Amirii Ventures is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal/Manager – Legal with 4–8 years of experience to join their team in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal due diligence and title verification of land and property documents.
• Prepare Title Search Reports and provide legal opinions on property acquisition and development viability.
• Ensure properties are free from legal and financial encumbrances and coordinate with Sub-Registrar offices.
• Draft, review, and vet Joint Development Agreements, MoUs, sharing agreements, and construction contracts.
• Draft and review vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, sale deeds, lease deeds, and powers of attorney.
• Ensure construction and vendor agreements comply with Zero-Carbon and environmental standards.
• Manage end-to-end compliance under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
• Liaise with government and statutory authorities including BDA, BMRDA, BBMP, and the Revenue Department.
• Handle post-acquisition compliances, land conversion, and regulatory approvals.
• Support litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters related to property and business operations.
• Coordinate with external advocates and legal counsels and monitor case progress.
• Identify potential legal risks and advise senior management on mitigation strategies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
• LL.M. is preferred.
• Minimum 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in real estate or property law.
• Strong knowledge of Karnataka land laws, RERA, contract law, and property registration processes.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
