Details of the Job/Internship
Axis Trustee Services Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience. Educational qualification required: CS/LLB/Semi-qualified CS.
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaising between clients, lenders, LLCs and management through Trusteeship business.
- Vetting of document of secured/unsecured borrowings of corporate clients.
- Checking/Verifying compliance documents
- Handling all operational aspects of Trusteeship mandates.
Eligibility
- experience 2 to 5 years.
- Educational Qualification - CS/LLB/Semi-qualified CS
