Details of the Job/Internship
BharatPe is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal Recovery with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Filing cases in Lok Adalats, Section 138, Section 25 and Arbitration matters.
- Managing legal collections processes within a fintech framework.
- Empanelling advocates and law firms.
- Liaising with external stakeholders for litigation.
- Managing legal vendors.
- Maintaining data regarding filing status.
- Reporting legal procedure impact to senior management.
- Coordinating with internal collections teams to identify suitable legal cases.
- Collaborating with central legal team for authorisations.
- Executing legal tools for resolution.
- Researching industry best practices and recommending actions.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Post-Graduate.
- Law Graduate from a recognized university.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
Salary/Stipend
