BLS International is hiring an assistant manager to join them in Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Devise and develop and M&A strategy for BLS to achieve its business growth.
- Understand organizational strategy and its operations in depth to identify synergies with any other organization for merger/ partnership/ alliance.
- Identify appropriate targets for BLS and prepare brief as well as detailed profiles of targets.
- Assess and execute potential investment and acquisition transaction for BLS.
- Analysing Financial data: This includes statements, cash flow statements and other relevant financial data to assess the financial health of the companies involved in M &A.
- Lead deal origination by building deep ties across the ecosystem – potential partners, entrepreneurs, VCs, bankers, accelerators/incubators, and other industry participants.
- Create optimal deal structures that will ensure long-term value creation for BLS and ensure that investee companies and their representatives will be aligned with BLS.
- The Lead M&A plays a strategic role in leading, planning, and providing support for due diligence activities across all functional areas of any transaction inclusive of commercial, financial, products, operations, technology, sales and marketing. In this position.
- Negotiating deals: MNA Finance professionals work closely with other teams, including legal and operational teams, to negotiate M&A deals and ensure that the terms of the deal are favorable for their organization.
- Managing the integration process: After an M&A transaction is completed, MNA Finance professionals work with other teams to ensure a smooth integration of the two companies and to achieve the expected synergies.
- Overall, MNA Finance professionals play a critical role in evaluating, analyzing, and executing M&A transactions that can have a significant impact on the financial performance of their organization.
- Lead the development of presentation materials synthesizing research findings, data analysis, and recommendations.
- Strategize and drive market research, understanding and tracking competitive landscape, benchmarking of companies and review of industry reports.
- Develop annual budgets in collaboration with corporate planning head and drive adherence to it within the team.
- Identify synergies, efficiencies and cost savings opportunities associated with M&A and identify post deal issues including one time capital expenditure, separation costs, transition services requirements and run rate costs.
