Details of the Job/Internship
DWF is hiring an Assistant Manager with experience of 5–7 years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage service escalations.
- Oversee global regulatory monitoring and collaborate on AI-driven intelligence projects.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, staffing, and timely delivery.
- Utilize legal research tools, AI/ML platforms, Power BI, and MS Office for reporting.
- Maintain strict quality control standards through regular audits and process checks.
- Coach and mentor team members while promoting diversity and ESG initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence and contribute to legal technology integration.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- 5–7 years of relevant industry experience (2–3 years in project management preferred).
- Expertise in legal research, regulatory compliance, and data reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office; knowledge of Generative AI is a plus.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, AI/ML, or Legal Technology are advantageous.
