Details of the Job/Internship
Flipkart Group is hiring an Assistant Manager – Anti-Corruption Team with 5–6 years of experience to manage and oversee key components of its Anti-Corruption Compliance program.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute day-to-day operations of the Anti-Corruption Compliance program.
- Build strategic relationships with business units and communicate risks related to non-compliance.
- Assist in designing and implementing Anti-Corruption Continuous Improvement (ACCI) initiatives.
- Execute ACCI Monitoring Plans using Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) tools across Finance and Facilities departments.
- Identify root causes of non-compliance and recommend remedial actions to minimize risks.
- Prepare and present reports on compliance findings, improvement areas, and monitoring results.
- Identify compliance risks against local and global anti-corruption frameworks.
- Support the development of best practices in compliance and ensure timely execution of monitoring plans.
Eligibility
- Chartered Accountant, Law Graduate, or MBA (Finance) with 5–6 years of experience in compliance, anti-corruption, financial controls, or internal audit.
- Preferably certified as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
- Prior experience in E-commerce or Retail in Finance, Risk, or Compliance roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of FCPA and anti-corruption laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based applications; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently with confidentiality and discretion.
