Flipkart is hiring an Assistant Manager – Anti-Corruption Team with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage, execute and oversee key components of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Program.
- Build strategic relationships with business units and identify risks related to anti-corruption non-compliance.
- Assist in designing and implementing Anti-Corruption Continuous Improvement (ACCI) initiatives.
- Execute ACCI Monitoring Plans using CIR tools across finance departments and facilities.
- Identify root causes of non-compliance and formulate corrective actions to reduce risk.
- Ensure timely execution of quarterly monitoring plans and support in developing remediation steps.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings, compliance levels and improvement opportunities.
- Enhance Anti-Corruption and ACCI initiatives through continuous improvement.
- Identify compliance risks by evaluating financial control processes against anti-corruption frameworks.
- Communicate and monitor compliance best practices.
- Review monitoring results to identify trends and areas requiring improvement.
Eligibility
- Chartered Accountant, Law Graduate or MBA (Finance) with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in compliance, anti-corruption, financial controls or internal audit.
- Knowledge of FCPA, anti-corruption laws and auditing financial transactions.
- Certifications such as CFE or CIA preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail in finance, risk or compliance roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and internet-based applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- High integrity, discretion, objectivity and independence.
- Strong interpersonal, research, analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines.
- Experience overseeing or auditing anti-corruption programs is an asset.
