KPMG is hiring for the post of Assistant Manager with an experience of 5 to 8 years to join them at their Gurgaon/Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
Contract risk management aspects for KPMG Clients.
Eligibility
- Having 5-8 years’ experience with end-to-end contract management.
- Extensive exposure to contract risk reviews, redlining, and negotiation.
- Substantive experience with contract key clause abstraction and obligation management.
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication experience
- Experience supporting with playbook/knowledge object building.
- Thorough understanding of contract management tools, such as SirionLabs, Aptus, iCertis, Ariba, etc.
- Knowledge of data risk management requirements, utilizing clients’ systems/contracting tools and related MIS reporting.
- Experience in assisting with business development efforts in this area, conducting research, and helping in preparing proposals.
