Details of the Job/Internship
Shirin Bhatt & Associates is hiring an Assistant Manager with experience of to join their office in Sadar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the execution of corporate compliance activities.
- Oversee and assist in secretarial audits.
- Assist with SEBI and FEMA regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate transaction advisory processes.
- Manage client communications and prepare compliance reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth regulatory and business operations.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of corporate compliance, SEBI regulations, and FEMA guidelines.
- Experience in secretarial audits and corporate governance.
- Knowledge of transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions compliance, and fundraising.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in regulatory tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in corporate law or compliance are advantageous.
