Teleperformance is looking for candidate for the position of Assistant Manager (Corporate Law).
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the Compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, FEMA;
- Managing all aspects of Board, Committee, Shareholders meetings for the Company including preparation of Notices and agenda for the meetings;
- Statutory Filings, Compliance, Maintenance and update Statutory Records under the Companies Act, Rules and RBI where applicable and updating it in Company inhouse tool;
- Managing all officer orders and resolutions request received from other process owners from time to time;
- Communicate with other process owners and close the client requests independently from time to time;
- Deal with Authorized dealer from time to time;
- Assist senior team members in providing corporate secretarial services;
- Co-operation with Statutory, Internal and Secretarial Auditors of the Company;
- Update the management and team about the amendments in applicable laws or new laws applicable to the Company, along with actions required to ensure the compliances with the amended/new laws;
- Maintaining and updating trackers and ensuring the data integrity and confidentiality of internal and client information;
- Preparation of SOPs and training material for understanding and benefit of the team members;
- Preparing and finalising of weekly reports and sending it to internal team members; and
- Any other secretarial matters as may be assigned from time to time.
Eligibility
- 1-2 years’ experience gained in corporate/professional firm;
- Excellent drafting skills including drafting of agenda, resolutions, minutes, reports etc;
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law, FEMA (ODI & FDI);
- Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, Teams etc;
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
- Good command of both verbal and written English; and
- Independent and able to work under pressure and tight timelines
