Details of the Job/Internship

UPES is hiring an Assistant Manager – Law Placements with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join its campus in Dehradun.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage campus placements, internships, and account management activities.
• Build and grow an industry database and maintain strong client relationships.
• Engage with law firms and companies to recruit students through placements and internships.
• Coordinate with student coordinators, placement coordinators, faculty, and career services teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for career services events, programs, and industry interactions.
• Handle student counselling and resolve placement-related queries on a day-to-day basis.
• Organize placement processes, seminars, masterclasses, and career services events.
• Support new business development by generating leads and fixing meetings for the Corporate Relations team.
• Act as a liaison between recruiters, students, and internal teams.
• Communicate with external stakeholders through calls, emails, meetings, and reporting.
• Maintain awareness of course curricula across schools under UPES and higher education options.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in placements or career services.
• Law qualification is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• High exposure to social networking platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work within stretched timelines.
