Details of the Job/Internship

TVF is exploring profiles for Legal professionals to support its Media & Entertainment operations. 

• Assistant Manager: 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Deputy Manager: 5–6 years of relevant experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating production and co-production agreements.
• Handling OTT platform and commissioning agreements.
• Managing brand, endorsement, and talent agreements.
• Providing legal support for content creation and media transactions.
• Ensuring contractual compliance within the media & entertainment framework.

Eligibility

• Assistant Manager: 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Deputy Manager: 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in media & entertainment contracts is mandatory.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial understanding of M&E transactions.

Salary/Stipend
