Details of the Job/Internship

Canfin Homes Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager / Deputy. Manager Legal with 4–8 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur, Delhi, Hyderabad, or Coimbatore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet loan documents, including mortgages and hypothecation agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and title verification.
• Handle litigation matters, including SARFAESI and DRT proceedings.
• Vet third-party contracts and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with NHB/RBI and housing finance regulations.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a reputed university.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Housing Finance, NBFCs, or law firms focused on finance/property law.
• Additional certification in property or banking law preferred but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
