Details of the Job/Internship

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal (Infrastructure) with 3-9 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a legal business partner to departments within Global Infrastructure.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various domestic and cross-border contracts.
• Develop and implement playbooks and checklists for frequent contract types.
• Manage contract execution timelines and ensure legal compliance.
• Interpret contract provisions for internal stakeholders and resolve contract-related issues.
• Oversee the use of Ironclad for contract lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for execution via DocuSign.
• Conduct legal research, prepare reports and presentations, and support due diligence.
• Assist with special projects and provide general support to the Legal Department.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a reputed university.
• 3–9 years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior experience in supporting in-house legal departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with DocuSign and Box.com preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of work.
• Technologically adept and a fast learner.
