Details of the Job/Internship
Stemz Healthcare is hiring an Assistant Manager / Manager – Legal to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves managing legal affairs, preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws across departments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day legal affairs of the organization.
- Prepare and review legal documents and agreements.
- Provide legal consulting and guidance on compliance matters.
- Support various departments on legal issues and ensure adherence to relevant laws.
- Assist in intellectual property and litigation matters as required.
Eligibility
- Knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Affairs.
- Proficiency in IP, litigation, legal document preparation, and legal compliance.
- Ability to provide legal consulting and manage legal affairs.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
