Details of the Job/Internship
MediBuddy is hiring an Assistant Manager/Manager – Legal & Compliance with 2–5 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and documents.
- Manage contract lifecycle using tracking tools and ensure risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to reach legally and commercially viable outcomes.
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation matters and draft court documents.
- Monitor and communicate updates in labour, healthcare, consumer protection, and data protection laws.
- Maintain compliance MIS and generate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
- Support fundraising due diligence and documentation.
- Contribute to ESG compliance efforts.
- Identify and implement legal process automation initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LLM is a plus.
- 2–5 years of legal and compliance experience; exposure to the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Familiarity with contract management and compliance tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and presentation tools.
