Details of the Job/Internship
Larsen & Toubro is hiring an Assistant Manager / Manager – Legal with 5–10 years of experience to join their office in Faridabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and analyze tender and construction contracts, especially in the infrastructure domain.
- Handle pre-arbitration dispute resolution, arbitrations, and litigation related to construction contracts.
- Manage contracts related to EPC, PPP, FIDIC, NHAI, and NITI Aayog frameworks.
- Identify complex contractual issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Oversee legal documentation such as MOUs, JVs, NDAs, and subcontracts.
- Coordinate with government authorities, external legal counsel, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with labour and employment laws relevant to the construction sector.
- Maintain timelines and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 5–10 years of experience in legal roles related to infrastructure, arbitration, or construction law.
- Experience with railway projects or construction sector contracts is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
