Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive courses for LL.B. and LL.M. programs.
- Conduct lectures and create high-quality study materials for students.
- Perform original legal research and produce publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate actively in academic seminars and legal workshops.
- Guide and mentor students in moot courts, internships, and research projects.
- Supervise student research dissertations and legal aid initiatives.
- Contribute to university academic planning and committee work.
- Assist with institutional accreditation processes and ensure Bar Council of India (BCI) compliance.
Eligibility
- Ph.D. and LL.M. with high academic standing from premium universities or institutes.
- UGC NET/SET qualification is mandatory.
- Previous teaching or research experience is often required.
- Strong specialization in areas such as Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, or Constitutional Law.
- Exceptional legal drafting, communication, and research skills.
- Familiarity with pedagogical technologies and modern teaching methods.
