Details of the Job/Internship
CT Group of Institutions is hiring an Assistant Professor (Law) to join their campus in Jalandhar. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate law courses, conducting classroom discussions, evaluating student performance, and guiding students in academic research. Responsibilities also include curriculum development, contributing to departmental initiatives, participating in faculty meetings, and mentoring students in their academic and professional growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate law courses.
- Conduct classroom discussions and assess student performance.
- Guide students in academic research.
- Develop and update curriculum.
- Participate in faculty meetings and departmental initiatives.
- Mentor students in academic and professional development.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in law with specialization in Constitutional Law and/or Criminal Law.
- Ability to teach and explain complex legal concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in academic research and contribution to scholarly publications.
- Experience in curriculum development and commitment to interactive learning environments.
- Master’s degree or higher in Law (LL.M or equivalent); Ph.D. preferred.
- UGC NET qualification and Punjabi studied in 10th standard are mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior teaching experience and familiarity with university-level education systems is an advantage.
