Brainware University is hiring an Assistant Professor of Law with 5–8 years of experience to join its School of Law in Barasat, Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, mentor students, and facilitate practical learning in law.
• Lead departmental and administrative functions efficiently.
• Develop and update curriculum in alignment with legal education standards.
• Conduct and publish research in reputed academic journals.
• Supervise student research projects and moot court activities.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the department and university.

Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Law (mandatory) with excellent academic record.
• LL.M. with at least 55% marks.
• 5–8 years of teaching or professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in academic leadership roles.
• NET/SET qualification desirable.
• Proven record of legal research and publications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
