Details of the Job/Internship

Dayananda Sagar University is hiring an Associate Professor for its School of Law. The candidate should have strong teaching and research credentials, along with a commitment to academic leadership and student mentorship.

Role and Responsibilities

• Teach and develop curriculum in areas such as Constitutional Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, ADR, Cyber Law, etc.
• Mentor students in dissertations, moot courts, internships, and research activities.
• Publish in peer-reviewed indexed journals.
• Engage with legal research centres and outreach programmes.
• Contribute to departmental administration, placements, curriculum committees, and external collaborations.

Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Law with LL.M. (minimum 55% marks).
• 8–12 years of experience in academia or research, with at least 10 years at the Assistant Professor grade.
• Minimum 5 publications in Scopus/WoS/UGC‑CARE journals.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
