Details of the Job/Internship

IMS Noida is hiring an Assistant Professor of Law to join its campus in Noida. The role involves teaching law subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, contributing to academic planning and curriculum development, engaging in legal research and publications, and supporting student development through mentoring, research guidance, and co-curricular academic activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Teach core and elective law subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Prepare course plans, case studies, assessments, and evaluations.
• Engage in legal research and publish in reputed journals and law reviews.
• Guide students in research projects, dissertations, moot courts, and internships.
• Participate in curriculum development, examinations, and academic planning.
• Mentor students for academic, career, and professional development.
• Contribute to institutional, accreditation, and academic activities.

Eligibility

• LL.M. with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised university (only a two-year degree accepted).
• NET or Ph.D. in Law preferred, as per UGC norms.
• Teaching, research, or legal practice experience will be an advantage.
• Strong subject knowledge and academic orientation.
• Effective teaching, communication, and research skills.
• Ability to integrate legal theory with practical exposure.
