Details of the Job/Internship
MIES R.M. Law College is hiring an Assistant Professor with experience in legal studies to join their office in Rajpur Sonarpur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures on various legal subjects.
- Prepare, administer, and grade student assessments and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and professional mentoring to law students.
- Engage in active research and publish scholarly articles in recognized legal journals.
- Contribute to the overall academic environment and curriculum development.
- Participate in institutional events and departmental activities.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture of learning within the college.
- Maintain updated knowledge of constitutional, criminal, corporate, or environmental law.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in Law is highly preferred (mandatory requirement added by job poster).
- Strong proficiency in academic writing and legal research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching.
- Familiarity with university-affiliated programs and curriculum standards.
- Specialization in Constitutional, Criminal, Corporate, or Environmental law is advantageous.
