National Law University Delhi is inviting applications from meritorious and dedicated candidates for faculty position on Contractual basis.

The name of posts are:

• Assistant Professor in Taxation Law.
• Assistant Professor in Business Law.
• Assistant Professor in Corporate Law.
• Assistant Professor in Insolvency Law/ Banking Law.

Eligibility

For Taxation Law Subject:

• LL.M. with 55% marks in Taxation Law.
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law). OR 
• Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations .
• 02 years Teaching Experience in Taxation Law.
• Quality Publication in Taxation Law.

For Business Law Subject:

• LL.M. with 55% marks in Business Law.
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law). OR 
• Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations .
• 02 years Teaching Experience in Business Law.
• Quality Publication in Business Law.

For Corporate Law Subject:

• LL.M. with 55% marks in Corporate Law.
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law). OR 
• Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations .
• 02 years Teaching Experience in Corporate Law.
• Quality Publication in Corporate Law.

For Insolvency Law/ Banking Law Subject:

• LL.M. with 55% marks in Insolvency Law/ Banking Law.
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law). OR 
• Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations .
• 02 years Teaching Experience in Insolvency Law/ Banking Law.
• Quality Publication in Insolvency Law/ Banking Law.

Salary/Stipend

(Fixed salary Rs. 85,000/- per month). TDS @ 10% under section 194J of the Income Tax Act 1961 will be deducted on monthly remuneration as per NLU Delhi Regulations.
