Nims University is hiring for the position of Assistant Professor with 3 years of experience to join their campus in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in core and elective law subjects for UG and PG programs (LL.B, B.A. LL.B, LL.M).
- Develop and update curriculum in line with contemporary legal trends and judicial developments.
- Mentor students in mooting, legal writing, research, internships, and community legal aid.
- Conduct impactful legal research and contribute to reputed journals, seminars, and conferences.
- Facilitate academic-industry collaborations with law firms, legal institutions, and judiciary bodies.
- Actively participate in university governance, academic planning, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Eligibility
- LL.M / Ph.D. in Law from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or relevant professional legal experience.
- UGC NET qualification preferred (as applicable).
- Specialization in one or more of the following areas: Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Human Rights, International Law.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated excellence in teaching, mentoring, and research.
