Eligibility
- Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territories, autonomous/statutory organizations, PSUs, universities, or recognized research institutions:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department, OR
- Having 7 years of regular service in Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) or equivalent.
- Possessing a degree in Law from a recognized university.
