Legacy Growth is hiring for the position of Assistant to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, coordinate internal and external meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Assist in preparing legal, financial, and project-related documents.
- Support the implementation of legal and tax structures, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Conduct research and compile findings relevant to client needs or project scopes.
- Provide support on key projects, including M&A, succession planning, and cross-border structuring.
- Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Eligibility
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in document creation, meeting coordination, and professional correspondence.
- Research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business A.dministration, Law, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
