Sandeep Rajbhar & Associates is hiring an Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata. The position involves supporting corporate compliance activities, assisting with company law and tax filings, documentation and coordination with clients and regulatory authorities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day corporate compliance tasks.
• Assist with company law, GST and income tax filings.
• Prepare reports and organise documents.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct research related to compliance and regulatory matters.
• Assist in ensuring clients meet compliance obligations and deadlines.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of corporate compliance processes, secretarial work and company law.
• Proficiency in GST, income tax and ROC filing procedures.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and documentation abilities.
• Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• Educational background in commerce, business, law or a related field.
• Prior experience in similar roles or regulatory advisory services is an advantage.
