Details of the Job/Internship
Pallav Mongia Law Chambers is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various tribunals.
- Assist in arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and preparing case briefs.
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions.
- Liaise with clients and coordinate case strategies.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 1–3 years of PQE.
- Strong litigation and arbitration experience.
- Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
