Details of the Job/Internship

Solomon & Co., Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join its Litigation & Arbitration team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before various courts and tribunals including the NCLT.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and submissions.
• Manage court filings and assist in arbitration matters.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

Salary/Stipend
