Details of the Job/Internship
Divanshu Gupta Law Office is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate-Advocate to join their office in Jaipur.
- Compulsory notice period to be served by candidate upon resigning from DGLC - 1 month from the date of intimation of resignation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Associates-Advocates will be involved in day to day client meetings, appearances and case preparation.
- They may take up their own independent work as well and use the office for meeting clients provided none of this interferes with work alloted to them at DGLC.
- Broad nature of work is legal advice, documentation and litigation (Commercial & Contractual disputes, service law, consumer issues, labour law issues, anti-corruption & anti bribery, arbitration, etc.
Salary/Stipend
Initial Remuneration for 6 months - Rs.18,000 per month.
