Details of the Job/Internship
King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys, is hiring an Associate with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, shareholder agreements, and business transfer agreements.
- Assist in due diligence, corporate structuring, and documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
- Coordinate with clients, external advisors, and internal teams for transaction execution.
- Maintain organized documentation and contribute to internal knowledge management.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a reputed law school.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Proficiency in contract drafting and review.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and corporate law principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
