Details of the Job/Internship

DGEF is hiring for the position of Land Acquisition – Legal (Grade Level: JMC / MMC) with 0–1 years of experience. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence for land and verify all title documents.
• Provide legal advisory on land laws and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Draft and vet land-related agreements and legal instruments.
• Support the negotiation, execution, and formal registration of documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel to manage land-related litigation matters.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLB or LLM. 
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply). 
• Grade Level: JMC / MMC. 
• Preference: Candidates who have completed the "Land Acquisition Laws for Solar Project Online Certificate Course" awarded by DGEF will be given preference.
